You'll be using State-of-the-Art digital graphic printing equipment to manufacture control panel and training equipment faces. This high resolution UV cured process prints directly onto metal sheets.
You will also be using an automatic sheer to cut panels to size, round corners, deburr, bend and finish these products.
Responsibilities
The right person will have some experience in digital graphic art and computer software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- SignLab or similar print software
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Large scale digital printing
Duties include daily setup and cleaning maintenance procedures of the printing and processing equipment and inks.
You will also be using an automatic metal sheer to cut panels to exact size, round corners, deburr, you will use a metal brake to bend and finish these products.
You will operate a cnc pre-drill machine to finish the process.
Qualifications
The right candidate will have experience using computers and printers, measuring, be confident in calculating sizes and setting the computer perimeters to print correctly.
Training will be provided to the right person, but some basic experience will be required.
The right candidate will need to have a proven history of being at work on time, working well with others, have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. An employment screening will be conducted.
